go to school or work?

I have five years work experience in HR field, but I have no enough language to improve my position, especially in English, I want to go to shcool study, but more and more people oppose,how can I doing now.

Is it possbile for you to work and study at the same time? I know it's not easy, but nothing is impossible. A few years ago, I worked in daytime and I went to school in the evening and weekends. I did it well, I am proud to say:) I even passed my French exam when I was pregnant. I passed the final exams well after my baby was born for 1 month. I could be a good example:)

Dear, if you want to get a better future, I suggest that you indeed go to school to improve or enhance your abilities. There's nothing wrong going to school and learning. Besides, this is for you and your future. Don't listen to others considering that what you want to do is just right.
