It's almost one year when I resigned to my last job. I feel so tired after two years of working with them. I have to end it up for the sake of my health, I might get worst if I don't give it up. Right now, I feel I have to get a new job. I don't know how to start and deal with it. Honestly, I feel nervous when I think of it. Can you help me make it through? I know that there are lots of professional here. I hope you could share something with me. Thank you so much!

Before you get a job, you need to know what kind of job are you looking for. This I think is the basic requisite. I can bet that you will not enjoy the job should you immediately accept any job that comes along. Think along these lines...
1) Why am I looking for a job
2) What am I looking for in a job
3) What is required of the job I am interested in
4) Am I qualified, over or under qualified for the job
5) Do I blend into the job industry
You will also need to have a resume or curriculum vitae, stating your working experience and be prepared to answer why should the employer employ you.
