train and food delivery system of mumbai??/

i have seen a program on TV about great cities of world.Mumbai was amonst those 10 cities and they showed alot of expertise of this city.The train system was really marvellous. and to my great interest, dabba system of mumbai is considered to be best as it has achieved Sigma SIX...its food delivery system where people do all work without ant written agreemnt and without committing any mistake. what you people think about it...worlds biggest companies are trying to achieve sigma six and mumbai city has done it/....really amazing
