Have you ever been hypnotised?

I was studying hypnosis back in the 70's and was rather intrigued with it. I was hypnotized on many occasions by my tutor and found it very relaxing. I often self hypnotize myself and use a projection technique which I have found helps me to relax and get over my frustrations. Do you believe that you cannot be hypnotized? You would be very surprised to find that few people can resist a good hypnotist in the right conditions.

Well sadly I think I am a hypnotist's nightmare! I have tried several times, with several different people, to conquor my dreadful phobia of thunder and lightening, but no one succeeded in putting me "under". They said I was "too stubborn" and "too resistant" to the forces, whatever that may mean. I would actually love to have undergone a successful hypnosis session - maybe I will try again sometime.

I always feel relaxed after a session but I have not been hypnotized for quite a while now so I use a self hypnosis technique.

I have never tried to be hypnotised, I have thought about it before, but I guess I'm just afraid to get hypnotised.
