any body worked in thermal power plant it very difficult and horrible working conditions to work when you are in control room it is ok but when you went for inspection for bioler , coal mills coal belts furnace it is very difficult because at that place tempature may be 70-90oc and full of coal power and dust and that to we can't say when you will get emergency if your plant stops then it will effect on your power grid and lot of things are involved in this technically
