For those who have quit smoking I'm asking you to share your secret. I tried for almost 5 month's to quit smoking ... but no result.

i am trying that for years now but i never did i think that part of me don't want to quit smoking so you must totally sure that you want that and that you ready to face the difficulties of this i whish you the luck doing that well i well keep smoking

I don't smoke but my dad had a long time smoking experience. He finally succeed to quit it few years ago. When he felt like smoking, he went to do some housework. He kept on doing it for several days and finally he got rid of smoking.
