I'll start with my son. When he was about 6 years old he along with a friend,decided to climb up to the roof (a ladder had been standing up against the house) and pull numerous shingles from the roof.Well, I didn't realize this at first, because I was in the bathroom washing clothes out by hand. I had checked on them about 15 minutes prior to this incident and everything was fine. Imagine my surprise whenever I looked outside and there was numerous shingles in the yard? I asked him why him and his friend did this and he said,"mommy, I was going to put them back on the roof". No, it really wasn't all that funny at the time, because we had to move. I didn't have the money for the repair of the roof. Now, we just laugh about it. It's something I will never forget!
