Hard work or smart work?

I like to doing the smart work...Many people says i'm doing the hard work...Why they said like this? If they are intelligent, they have the ability to convert any hard work into the smart work. Yes...i convert any hard work into smart work...do u???

ive always tried to work smart instead of working hard. just seems logical to me. perhaps they are not as intelligent as you are. and to them trying to work smart really IS harder work.
