Norovirus anyone?

How many people go out to eat at least once a week? Have you ever gotten sick from the food? Just a few months ago I went to eat with my mom and sister. I was feeling okay, I had a nervous-like feeling in my stomach all day. After dinner, I met up with some friends and didnt really feel like drinking so I had one drink. Later that night my sister met me at the bar and I told her I just wanted to leave. We left the bar and went home. Not even an hour after we got home, I was laying bed trying to fall asleep, I said to my sister" OMG I am going to be sick." I was so sick all night long and the entire next day. I was vomiting so hard and so frequently. I also had loose stools. I was miserable. The third day I woke up feeling completely fine. Turns out, I had gotten Norovirus from infected food. Its highly contagious also, its the virus that often gets passed around on cruise ships and such. Since being that sick, I try to eat out as minimally as possible.
