We tend to associate chicken meat with being white but did you know that there's also a type of black chicken. This type of chicken is small, has white feathers and it's meat is dark grey. It's known as black chicken and the Chinese like to drink black chicken soup. It's usually prepared this way. Have you tried black chicken? How do you like it as compared to white chicken?
