how much we need to sleep ?

I need around 10 hrs of sleep. Normally people need 6-7 hrs. But i feel bad when i wake up early.

I sleep daily 630 hours maximum 7 hours. No sleeping in day time. My timing is 10:30 to 5 am. This gives me complete freshness. I am unable to understand your 10 hrs sleeping daily. You need not to waste this much of hours in sleeping. You try to reduce this slowly. You will feel better even with less hours. Make a practice of reducing it on weekly basis. I think your bad feeling is because of too much sleeping, not because of less.

I tried to wake up early. the day i wake up early .. i will feel drowsy the whole day.I become dull. many people say that its my bad habit. I am trying to get rid of this. Thanks for your opinion.

I think that there is no exact answer for your question. The duration of the sleep varies from individual to individual. Some people sleep only 3-4 hours per night other need 9-10 like you do. In average the lenght is 7-8 hours but if ar not included in this average doeasn't mean that you are not normal just that you have another metabolism.

i think it depends on different people. some people need long hours while others sleep less. most adults need about 8-9 hours.

I think eight hour is enough .Too much sleep can make us feel tired.

i usually sleep around 7 hours at night and during the day i need at least one hour sleep and in total that makes approximately 8 hours... Most adults need approximately 8 hours of sleep each night; Children and even adolescents need at least 9 hours of sleep each night to do their best. So Sleep Is a Basic Human Need... i think you are sleeping as a children lol (just kidding huh)
