I think it's mainly from the environment a person live in.secondly parents control a lot of the environment that kids grow up in,so they certainly influence their kids' personalities a lot.How are you character? Are you happy with your character.

Another source of people's personalities, amongst others is, I think, from experiences. We all have different experience and I think some of those experiences have made us adopt a specific way or specific ways of doing things which have reflected a bit of personality.

I think it's due to a number of things. I think parent influence is a big part, they are the role models and we do pick up after our parent's character in our genes and in real life. Then I think another part would be shaped according to the experiences happened to us, how those experiences change our view on things and polish our characters in a way. For me, personality is like the "growing up" process too. I think I am happy with my character, but I do wish I would have more of my dad's great personalities like courage and patience.

I'd say it's a combination nature and nurture, environments do play an important role but someones genes shouldn't be left out as they play an important role into how you're defined as well.

yes,Environment is only a factor, but it much important I think.Such as if you live in a group that someone like color his/her hair.I think you will be communicated by them in casual. What do you think about this?

Personalities are a trait in living beings which generally characterizes the way the particular being respond to stimulants from the external world. It is quite difficult to pin point the exact source of personality but we can assume it takes shape through various process through which the subject travels during his life time. It is a never ending process starting from the moment you are born and continues throughout the span of life.
