Is Rebecca Evil?

We've now seen Holly say something to her and to Nora that indicates that Holly doesn't trust Rebecca. Even before we knew the truth about the kiss, I got a funny feeling about it when we found out just because we didn't see it and only had Rebecca saying it had happened. Then we saw the flashback and saw that she enticed him. Maybe it was a heat of the moment thing, or maybe it's just her little way of getting back at the most vocal opponent to her becoming a part of the family. Perhaps it stands to reason, since she grew up without a father or really a family, that she would be a bit damaged. I am getting more and more interested to see what will happen with this character. What do you guys think about this?

It does seem to me that Rebecca wants to destroy the family that she didn't have growing up. She strikes me as a spoiled brat used to getting her way. I wonder who she will go after next. Maybe not Evil, but evil, misguided and immature.

I think she planned it and that she is a little witch to put it nicely. I think she wants to cause havoc with the family and this is just the start of her little games that she will play. Sometimes it is the quiet and subtle ones that cause the most trouble and she qualifies in this department.

I really think that Nora needs to take that advice to heart. While Rebecca might not be 'evil', she definately is dangerous, and maybe more than a bit emotionally unstable. I think maybe she's just so jealous of what the family has together, something that she never had, and of the fact that her father 'chose' them over her. She wants to be accepted and have that, but at the same time wants to strike out at them. It seems like maybe she's mentioned a least some of this to her mother, and that was all Holly would say without betraying her daughter. Or maybe she's done similar things in the past? I feel bad for Joe in all of this. Yes, he was wrong to respond, but think about where he had to be emotionally at that time. And he's the one who stopped it, and still hasn't told anyone that she instigated it. I think that says alot about his character. I mean, he could have said all kinds of things, like'hey, SHE kissed ME' but he took responsibility for both of them. I'm really interested to see how it all works out, and how bad they are gonna leave us hanging Sunday night in the finale!
