Do you ever start a discussion that you think is really good and deserves a lot of feedback, but than noone ever responds? That happens to me a lot, and I can't figure out why people don't respond. It sucks =/ My good idea goes FLOP!

How about your discussions? I can count just some reasons to have o replies: not so interesting topic, not so clear tittle and content, too long or too short...I dont know why people avoid your discussions, so i can just suppose. How about your friendship list? Are you supportive of your friends`s discussions too? I wish you good luck:-)

I never do one liners for discussions like I see so many people do. My discussions and titles are always descriptive. And I try to answer as many of my friends disussions as I have time for and any that I actually have anything worth saying anything about it. I think most of my friends would tell you I am a loyal responder.

Yea, I have one discussion that no one responded. I offered some good suggestions, but I think people didn't want to respond, that is okay! Sometimes if you have a lot of friends on here they will answer your discussion which is nice :). Also if you comment on a lot of the replies your discussion will go into the recent discussions and it will be more likely that people will respond. Pablo

Oh yeah! And until now I still wonder why no one responds to them. It is because the topic is too heavy and they need to think harder or is it because it is too controversial? Anyways, one never knows what is a hit or not so I just wish for the best.

Some people do not respond to discussions if the best response has been granted. Also your discussions are too specific. I don't like okra. Maybe you should have worded it in a different way. Such as "I love okra! Do you?" Then typed the same stuff. It would give more people the option to respond. I could have at least told you that I did not like it. This is the opposite of what I just said but it works for me. I know a lot about plants. So I can ask a specific questions in the gardening section with excellent results. The reason why it works is because it is designed for a targeted audience. I have a network of friends with similar interests who reply to each other's discussions. Maybe you should find some people who like what you like. I also tend to reply to those who respond to my discussions. I do show favoritism. That way you can have the you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours reciprocation. I'm sure you know who on your friends list replies to your discussions. Patronize them.

O--o-o-o yup...LOL...I know I get a really fired up on an idea, that I think will draw at least SOME responses and instead, zip, nada, zero, zilch...frustrating!!!! And the thing is, I always think the discussion might be a popular one..but I guess not
