I have oily skin and it has been hard for me to avoid blackheads, whiteheads and pimples on my face, i have a problem on how to get rid of it or avoid it. I also have problems with my body skin for it is uneven in texture, I just put lotion on my body and thats just it...Iam trying the whitening and firming lotions. Are you very self-conscious about you your skin? Are you more conscious about your facial skin or your body skin? Do you have beauty regiments for you facial and body skin? Would you mind sharing some of your beauty tips?

Yes i do consider about skins ,though i am a male i know that beautiful skin is a sign of happy body and mind .that shows your character ,there is no special beauty to your skin or any methode to increase the beauty of the skin.i would say if you overall healthy ,your skin will be also healthy .nature knows the kind of food suitable to each area according to its climate ,if you eat the food which has been given by the nature ,which will eventually give you your natural skin, natural is beautiful.that means you have to eat vegetables and fruits which is availble in your area eat them raw.this will improve not only your skins health but your overall health.

you know, nurhoney, when i was much younger, i never cared much about skin health. i thought that it was not that important to be conscious about having beautiful and healthy skin. lately though, i am already 53 years old and will be 54 in a few more days, i have learned that skin health is of utmost importance in keeping all the organs and the systems within our body healthy. so now, i take foods which will enhance skin health. these are fruits and vegetables. i also use now skin and facial lotions. it is never too late while we still have life. as for you, so you can have that healthy skin that you desire, consult a dermatologist. they do not cost so much anymore these days.

Yes! that proactiv product is very good, or so i hear. But there are many other acne, pimple products on the market too. I had problems with zits when i was a teen and in my twenties, but time mostly cleared them up and now they only come back when i don't get enough sleep or drink carbonated sodas and such. Plus, i don't wear lots of makeup, cause that causes me to get pimples too sometimes. You gotta give your skin some breathing room sometimes. hope that helps.

your problem is somehting which is quite easy to deal with. go see a dermatologist. he will formulate for you a program which will eliminate all your skin problems. there are also some soaps and facial lotions which will have to be used to clean your face before retiring to bed at night and a few minutes after waking up in the morning. eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, fish, and fruits. it takes a healthy diet to have a healthy skin.

I get acne all the time, I've been using proactiv http://www.proactiv.com/index.php?acnt=YHPsitem and only get ocassional acne when I'm about to get my period. I also exfoliate my skin a lot on my body, otherwise I get dry patches. I am a little self-conscious, especially when the weather is getting hot and I can't hide under a bunch of clothes. I think I worry about my face more since people look at that more.
