What would you do if you were scammed out of $60?

I am unfortunately in that position now, for the transfer of a virtual item that never worked. -sighs- The transaction was done through paypal and well I have applied for a chargeback, but the cunning person somehow accessed my account and click on "case solved" button. Should I contact the police? What would you do?

i don't think you can do much. Even if you contact the police I think it is almost impossible to catch them, but at least you can try... Can you give the link of this site? i have a blog with a list of scams http://etricks.wordpress.com/scams and i would like if it is ok with you to add the one that scammed you.

Yes I am very mad, but it was not a site -- sadly. It was a trade for gaming stuff so yes, and it was illegal by the site rules to do any trading for real life money so I don't know how the police will react.
