How to turn off images in IE

Does Anybody know a way to access the options from where you can turn off image in IE 7?? Its really a headache...

I had IE7 on my computer. But I recently uninstalled it and I am back on my old version. My be it is IE6. But is it that hard with IE7 to block images? In IE 6 browser, I simply open "Tools", scroll down to Multimedia and select or deselect the options according to my preferences. If it is different in IE7, I will also be happy to know.
