i have a few spot in mind: baguio- the weather is superb but although its getting crowded nowadays. tagaytay- is also a nice place to visit, most of the lodges or resorts have pools where u can take a dip while enjoying the sceneries. bolinao, pangasinan- beaches has very clear water. perfect for a dive.

You know, I have got a few friends tagging Quezon Avenue and Kalayaan Avenue as recommendable "tourist spots." Of course, all the locals know what these places are all about but what's funny is how these foreigners seem to take very seriously the supposed fact that these "destinations" indeed are tourist spots. Maybe we have to put it this way: if you want to appreciate the country's landscape and nature, get on the next ride to a beach. However, if you want to explore *someone* and get into the redder night life of urban Manila, take a ride on a cab, tell him you want "tsiks," and just plain let him take you where you probably want to go. Most cab drivers know what to do in these situations.

Pangasinan is a good place. You can see the "Little Bora of Luzon" in Bolinao Pangasinan. You can also see the Hundred Islands of Alaminos City. Other historical places include Lingayen Gulf, Manaoag church and a lot more. Try to go there soon and I'll tour you around when I'm free
