I have been very vocal about my criticisms about some senators whom I thought should never be re-elected. Since it would be our election this Monday and my relatives, friends and even officemates have already asked me for a list whom to vote, I had started my research on some re-electionist senatorial candidates and congressmen. To their surprise I included in the list that I have given them those I have criticize and don't like. I explained to them that the list was based on the bills that they have passed and their performance and their platform when they get elected. A lot of them I don't like personally because I find them too much of a politician who changes camp according to their vested interest. But I find that though they protect their interest, they have also done some good and passed a lot of bills and laws that benefited the country. So among the lesser evil, I choose the one who really performs even if I don't like them. One we call 'Dancing Queen' even made it to my list of 12 senators because I like her platform and the bills she had passed to improve education. NOw is the time people to get beyond the histrionics and get down to the real issues which is platform and performance. Beware of the famous people endorsed by celebrities and take time to check what they have done so far.

Roco has actually made it to my list because she is a teacher and I am hopeful that she could really pass and support laws that would improve the whole educational system. I had actually checked most of the sites that you have indicated and will vote on some that you have mentioned. I am considering 1 candidate also from Kapatiran. However, you have 4 in your list that I have omitted from my list who are re-electionist because I see that they had ot done enough during their last term. They may be popular but they are just not working enough. I also look at the type and content of the bills that they have passed. Thanks very much for sharing.
