This email says someone has hired this hitman to kill you, but if you will pay them more money than the person that hired them, they will spare your life. Authorities say to delete the email. It is a scam. While I agree I still think they should hunt these people down. What if someone with a heart condition or emotional problems got that message and believed it? Or someone thinks they know who did the hiring and takes matters into their own hands? Just wondering what everyone else thinks.

I haven't heard of this e-mail nor have I ever received anything so heinous. I find it hard to believe that authorities aren't searching for the source of this scam since it's out and out extortion. If it is true though, it's the most heinous thing I've ever heard and you're right, someone in poor health could expire at the though.

I can't believe their attitude about this is "Oh, just delete it because it is a scam." I agree with you that it is out and out extortion. Thanks for responding.
