Cell phone which plays mp3 or ipod-which one?

Guys what would you prefer have a cell phone which plays decent quality mp3 and also hosts lots of other features or a dedicted mp3 player an Apple Ipod which can only plays mp3 nothing more than that....

I would like to have to saparate ones because then I will put less money in each and thats good because i tend to lose my ipod's and cell phones.
