Making a Full Time Income Online

If you knew you could make a full time living online working from home part time, but it would take five years to get up to full wage; Would you do it? I make a full time living online but it has taken 4 years so to reach a good level of income. I believe most people do not make money online because they give up before they reach a stage that ensures success. In other words they DO NOT persist persist persist until they succeed. They make excuses why they have failed. What do you think? Do you have what it takes to succeed? Has anyone else here succeeded online?
