How do you call smurfs out there!??

In France we call them " Schtroumpfs", these little blue midget who live in mushrooms ... what was the villain name , in French he is Gargamel and the cat Azrael... waiting for your answer !!

I have alwayd called them the smurfs. They all had their own names which was neat and the villains I always called them like you do Gargamal and his cat Azrael. I have never heard of the smurfs being callined by this name it sounds cute though. I am from The United States by the way.

it is still called smurfs, those cute little blue dwarfs. papa smurf is red, quite funny cause hes the only smurf that is color red, maybe its because hes old. ehehehe

In The united states we call them Smurfs their was Papa Smurf theleader, Brainy smurf, Smurfette, (she was the girl smurf), And a whole bunch more I don't really remember. But Gargametl was the Villian here too, and the cats name was Azrael, so I thin its mostly the same.
