Would it be possible for one poor person to get a pledge from people for $10???? and how would it be of benfit to others???

Sir, your question is not clear to me because of my inadequate understanding of the word "pledge" which has several meanings. Can you make your discussion more descriptive with a practical example? I am confident that you have something very interesting within you.
