How you feel before employment as well as the first day at work?

Can I know how you all feel anything related to job ----from search to interview to accepting and the first day at work ?? When you are going to work on the first day and the job is somewhat new to you?(you never work as that position before).Or how you feel when you are changing your trade or career line etc etc? What will be on your mind ? What worries you? Are you unsure of what jobs you want to work and like it?
