As all are aware we are on the verge of a critical situation. The tempeature on Earth is increasing. Icebergs are melting too fast, green patures are turning to deserts, rainforests are being cutdown for humans leading to extinction of large number of species form the animalworld, plantworld some of which are unknow to man In my opinion people should live more close to nature, plant more trees, make the earth greener, don't allow industrial pollution, save energy by using solar, wind and tidal energy or any other renewable sources. This will lead to reduced emission of cO2 and other harmful substances which reduces the greenhouse effect thereby bringing temperature back to normal. Plant more trees which grow very fast in and around your area. Let us breathe oxygen more. Prevent polluting water and air. Go for biological manuares, insecticides and pesticides.

Actually, we are not destroying the Earth. What we are destroying is the habitat that makes it possible for humanity to survive. The planet we remain long after we have poisoned the air and water, and cockroaches will rule! So what we really need to save is the environment that allows us to live on the planet. I have 100% wind energy, and sold my van to buy a smaller car to save gas. We use florescent bulbs in our lights, and have a low flow filter on our shower.
