How to you clean the spaces between the keys without ruining them? I see a few random gross spots and have no clue how to clean them out, and I don't want to ruin it, so any suggestions? I thought of maybe a qtip with something on it, I just don't know what wouldnt damage the keyboard part.

I'll have to find the link again but I know they make a cleaner for keyboards. Also they make a very thin silicone skin that we can put over our keyboards to help keep them clean without getting in the way of typing. Also they make a skin you can put at the bottom where your hands rest to help keep that clean too.

They say to use compressed air- it will blow out the gross things- I think Radio Shacks sell them- I just had to buy a new keyboard for my computer (not a laptop)—gentleman told me to clean it more often- They also sell swabs to clean keyboards with- We purchase them at work through Office Max- They look like big q-tips- So try a q-tip- it might work. Good luck!

Yes,4cuteboys,I know the problem of laptop especially for us who type very often when when making response on mylot. My solution is the paste a peculiar paper on the every single keyboard. You could buy the product easily in supermarket which brand is 3M.
