Sumerian or Egyptian if you are talking about written language, the developed its written form in 3200 B.C.E. If you are talking about oldest surviving languages then Chinese is because its been around since about 1500 B.C.E. Or a close tie with Greek because it was written in 1500 B.C.E. Albanian could very well be the first language as it was referred to by Ptolemy as being existent in the 1st century but it was only written down for the last 500 years. Now if you are talking about just spoken, there is no way to know without it being written down. Other languages of antiquity could have been fully developed about 100,000 years ago, according to some Anthropologists.
