I wonder how our country gets refugees from Africa and other areas? I know Church's are involved, and other Christian groups. I just wonder how a family might be sponsored by the usa to come here, do you know?

I'd have no clue.
Personally I think we should focus on that area and try and build up those nation. (stop them coming to ours) not because there not welcome but because they need to help there own nations.
we should also do more to cut out bad leaders.

Most families who get their way out of Africa are the somewhat richer and more developed families in Africa, they have some savings enabling them to move out. The really poor usually have no chance of getting out there unless someone takes them in their house in the country they're moving to.
