When I was younger, I had the same sentiments as you. It does the job hence I drink it. After years of drinking, I slowly get to like it more and more. I guess its acquired taste.

when you get older you get used to the bitterness. I also drink it to get drunk. But i prefer alchopops such as WKD and bacardi breezer. thyer lovely.
