How effective is the public transport system?

Public transport system (PTS) is the core of any growing city. Means it has the ability to transport thousands of people from one place to another with less pollution.
Imagine everyone of a town having a vehicle and traffic and pollution in that town. PTS is a solution to that.
How effective is the PTS in your town?

not very good at all.theres long waits and most of the shelters at the stops dont stop you from getting wet if it rains or if its to hot.and at night it leaves you very vanuable to crime i never use public transport for those reasons if there serious about getting more people to use it then they will have to improve a lot
