this is a challenge: how can you say the word FROM avoiding your lips to overlap

Well the only real trick is to prevent the lips from touching when you say the sound of "M". The trick is to stick your toungue out as your lips close, the providing the humming sound the is part of the "M", without having your lips actually overlap. Alternatively, you can tightly pull your bottom lip and shift your lower jaw back in order to use your front teeth instead of your upper lip, which is pulled up and away from the mouth. The facial expression is somewhat unsettling, but you can say the word.

eeenggggk wrong answer you might end up saying the wrong pronunciation or saying the word with your upper amd lower lips have already overlapped before you can avoid them sticking together zzzzzzt
