workout: early morning or late afternoon

It is the same old question: what is the best time to workout? Some people say it should be in the morning before breakfast so you will burn a lot of calories from your reserves and gives a nice rush of adrenalin for the day. Other people say that it should be 8 hours after your main meal. So in the late afternoon or early evening. And it would release tension from the day. At night

early morning is better because the air is still fresh and it goods for our body

i advice you to work in the mornings. cuz u feel fresh to office and do the work perfect! Same is happening with me here! afternoon i spend time with mylot and other sites. Have a good day Nitin
