Why sun move north and south

When season change sun rise and set from north and south. Is it happen in your country? In our country it happen specially in summer season and winter season.

what country do you live in? I'm almost positive that the sun always rises in the west and sets in the east, everywhere on earth since the earth has an eastward rotation.
