People have different response to anxiety when it comes to eating. For me, when I am pressured and anxiety strikes, i usually eat more.='( I know some people who lose their appetite when they are anxious. In which category do you belong?

When I am anxious or nervous I always lose my appetite, which isn't always a good thing. Like when I used to go on some dates we would go for dinner and a movie. I would be so nervous and excited at the same time that I would order food but when it came I barely ate.

When I am anxious, I find evrything around me would be a mess, and of course I have no appetite at all. It seems that at that time, even the least important thing would annoy me, which would also make me more anxious lol....

I tend to eat alot and overeat. I have been that way since the beginning of time I guess maybe because when I was younger I was given things to eat to "help" me or to calm down about things to take my mind off of it. So I have learned to do that in my adult life. A very bad habit I nee dto break but it is to hard to.. I always turn to food. My husband on the other hand loses his appetite when he gets that way.

My mood really affects my appetite. Whenver i feel anxious, i really can't eat enough, i feel i am disinterested in eating till i finally calm down. I am really bothered to find out what's the cause of my anxiousness, and once i got the idea i can finally be fine and eat as normal diet.
