My sister and I have been trying to figure out the title to a movie.. all we remember is that it was about these animals who have to save their friend who was injured in an oil spill. It's an older movie probably over 10 tens old.. if this sounds familiar at all please let me know what movie it is

...yeah and um...one part in the movie some critters were crossing a road and a hedgehog got hurt and the others went back for it. It is animated...we just can't figure out what it is lol.
