Has anyone from Pakistan earned and withdrawn money from myLot?

I'm Aslam from Islamabad, Pakistan. Since paypal is not available in Pakistan I have no idea as to how I withdraw money from mylot after earning. Has anybody from Pakistan earned from myLot and withdrawn money? If so, how did you do it? Does Paypal work in Pakistan by any means? Could you please elaborate so as to enable me to solve this problem? I shall be grateful.
