Why women are so reluctant to put white lab coats?

A great number of womean of women are influenced by traditional values.To be seen as virtuous,women should be a dutiful wife and a loving mother.According to the traditional values,family rather than the career is the most important.Women seldom dream of being an outstanding professional,they only want to live a smooth calm life.Do you agree with me?

Most of the women in my country like to be independent and to work. But for some of them this is not possible. One of the reason is the age and gender discrimination- the men are allways with better chances for good, well-payed and interesting job.

Yes,as a women,she must have his own way of life!I hope that they will like a men,do what they want!
