Do you like getting presents?

I love to get presents! I know that it is hard to be humble ( hey wasn't that a song?) But the inner child in me loves the excitement! My kids are planning a Mothers Day something tomorrow...I just know it...and I can't wait until the morning to see their pretty little smiles presenting me with their creations! Presents from your kids are THE BEST!

So are you saying that you rather not receive anything in any occasions? Or maybe they should let you open it privately? Can we switch places????:)I guess you need to practice a poker face so when you open it they can't tell if your disappointed. I love getting presents, it makes me feel special. I don't get uncomfortable at all, i like the fact that someone is thoughtful enough to give me something regardless if it's something i like or not. Today's mother's day and I wish my hubby got me something, but he didn't, how sad:(

I agree with that. I also have no use for presents and pretty well for much the same reason. I don't buy Christmas presents and I don't really want to receive any.

That's funny I feel the exact same way! It didn't matter, wedding, baby showers, b-days ect. I am a person who likes to give not receive lol .... Take care Stacy

sometimes i worry that i'm not going to like what i'm given so I try to be careful and not show my disappointment if it's not what i expected it to be. Although I do like getting presents.

oh i SO agree with you. first of all i hate being the center of attention, all eyes on me to see my reaction. ESPECIALLY from the one who gave the present, you're right! i am much more of a gift giver than receiver!!

I love to get presents- OK that makes me sound greedy- lol.. I don't have a problem with others watching me open their gift- I'm most appreciative for anything I get- I try to look excited regardless if I like it or not- : ) And if I don't care for it I'm sure I know someone who would- : ) ok so I'm a regifter at times.

Hello,4cuteboys,honestly,i do not really like to receive presents,i will not open the them if they are wrapped just like what you said,i do not want to be disappointed if i get something not useful,i prefer to receive some presents which are of practical uses. Also,i do not want to receive any expensive presents as i will have the oligation to buy something similar in return.

I am just the opposite. I love to receive presents. I feel very special when I receive a present, and usually I really like what I get. People that give me presents know what I like, so I am happy to open my gifts in front of the one that gave it to me. I like the surprise of not knowing what is in a wrapped gift.

i prefer give a present for someone which i love that gain it ^^ its very good watch the reaction of the loved people

i like present i think it's good to give and take presents. it makes people happy
