Behavioural change in an individual within an organisation

I am presenting pursuing a management programme, my first module is Organisational Behaviour and I am required to prepare a project on behavioural change in an individual within an organisation. I need some assistance in persuing this project.

Hello again, It appears to me that you are on track and have completed the first of four steps and well into the secind step. 1. Description - collect data with observation, questionaires and/or inteviews 2. Diagnosis - identify key factors and apply theories and concepts 3. Perscription - identify soultions to problems or ways of changing situations 4. Implement and evaluate solutions Sounds to me that you need to apply theroies and concepts next. I guess that I am jumping ahead but in the end the company probably needs both of these people, a technical manager and a business manager. If the company can afford to keep both of these people in their current positons it might be the best answer. What do you think?
