Penny for your thoughts? I'm really no master yet when it comes to making money nor becoming rich. What I am very much aware of, is that you become rich by saving money and making this money work for you. I've had plenty of advices from experts to invest money in mutual funds. If you have tried this and have become successful with it, would you kindly share with me your advice as well as the pros and cons of doing it?

I'm very interested in this actually, but at this point I really don't have the money to invest. It's actually for long term investment. I have heard a good deal about it though, hopefully next year.

Yes, investing in MF is a very good option. The thinking is done by the MF manager. Before you invest you must study the portfolio of the Mf scheme thoroughly. Its past performance and current performance must be taken into consideration. You must be investing when the market is low so that you reap more. (Keep a target of 15-20 %PA)so that you dont get over greedy.
