I was just sitting here on my computer when a bunch of kids in the neighborhood knocked on my door.I looked out and sawa man with them.He had a tray full of flowers.I thought that he was selling them.So I opened the door and he said "Happy Mothers Day".He was taking kids around the neighborhood and just giving flowers to anyway who he knew had kids. They are very pretty Impatients. This sure did brighten my day!Isn't it nice to here of someone doing something nice. After all you usually here of bad things on the news and so forth. So how about it?Do you have good neighbors?Or do you have the not so friendly type?

My neighbors are friendly ones. May be more friendly i need them to be. My mother is from a village region where almost all neighbors are also relatives. And they all live in one big and happy family. She has the same lifestyle here. He treats our neighbors as relatives and they are allways wellcomed here. I have more reserves. I think that i need some more distance.

I think it is nice to have alot of people around you.It would be worse not to have anyone around. But I also can't stand when I am in the middle of something and someone just comes ny to visit and then they won't leave.

Wow youn live in nice neighborhood. I live in a neighborhood where the people are not so nice. There is not alot of children in my neighborhood there are alot of elderly people and they are very nebby and very mean they don t talk to anyone but other elderly people. My Mom always told me to respect and try to help elderly or disadvantage people, because one that will or may be me. These people are so mean.

Well, that was a very nice gesture. It is nice to hear of such good people in our world. I live in an apartment building and I know most of my neighbors. Some that are new to the building I don't know but we still exchange Good Mornings and such. We also don't just open our doors to people that we don't know because it can be risky. All in all, the neighbors I have known for a while are a nice bunch of folks. Take care and have a Happy Mother's Day!

Oh that was a wonderful thing for him to do. And a very good lesson he is teaching those children. We could definetly use more people like him in the world. Most of my neighbors are nice. We say hello to each other and will chat from time to time. There is one family at the end of the street that drives us a little bonkers. They speed down the road and are loud, not very considerate of others on the street.

Yes it was very nice. These weren't even his children with him. They were some of my other neighbors kids.I have one of those neighbors also. When I moved in here a little girl got hit by a car down the street. There are all kinds of "Slow Children at Play"signs around. This guy just bought and old mustang and is trying to show it off.All of us at this end of the block are thinking about confronting him.

I only have a few neighbors, but the ones we have are pretty nice. There is a weird man who lives up the street who likes to stalk women, and we just avoid him. The neighbors across the street are really nice though, the husband will come over and even help my husband cut the grass, he also volunteered to power wash our house, and refused to take anything for his work.

Our neighbors stick together here also. When I put my pool in one of my neighbors trimmed a huge tree down.He didn't want anything either. He doesn't even come over to swim even though I invite him.

How nice!!!!!!!!! What a sweet man, and what a great example he is giving the children. We live in a rual area so are pretty limited in the amount of neighbors we have. Hubby and I do try to be nice and helpful to others, especially to those who are alone in life.

The funny thing was is that I had never seen him before. So I kinda got scared seeing my next door neighbors with a strange man.So after they left I went over the boys house and asked his father if he knew him.He started laughing at me.But I didn't want anything to happen to his child.I am glad to here your hubby and you help out.I help and elderly lady up the stree sometimes.I vacumn amd clean her bathroom for her.It is hard for her.But she never lets me leave until I agree t otake some homebaked food home.Yummy!I won't take money from her.

A old couples live next to my house, they are extremely nice!We have beeb neighbors for more than 10 years,we know each other very well. The first year when they moved into our neighobhood, other neighbors and my family received gifts from the old couples, the man-made small card with drawings.Well, what a surprised gift! They are the first one who sent gifts to neighbors in our neighborhood. All the children in our neighborhood would like to call them "grandpa" and "grandma".They like children, and we can get candy and biscuits from the sweet old couple.

Im lucky because everyone in my neighbourhood is nice. Its a small (and I mean SMALL) village. All the parents who live here have lived here all their lives and were friends as children, and then all the kids are friends with their kids.

Hmmm, here in our place, we only have 3 neighbors and i am sad to say that they are not that nice. They seemed to be nice but they are really rude. They throw garbages on where we pass every day and that we are a lot of negative things from them. They talk to us sometimes in a good way but they are really someone who will talk bad words at your back and that it seems that they like us to leave our home... I don't know about those people, why they are like them.

Thats not good.I don't think I would even try to talk to them.I don't like people to talk behind my back.I am sure this hurts your feelings. But if they throw trash in the pass where you walk. You can only imagine what the inside of their house looks like.

Ive lived here for 4 years now and they havent said hi or dont even look at me.LOL But my neighbors are not real close to me either. There is alot of land inbetween the houses. So I say if they dont want to be bothered thats fine with me.LOL

Well i really only have one neighbor and he was ok for a while. my kids and i would go to his house when my hubby was at work during the summer and he would help me with the kids at the lake. i could talk to him about any thing he was like a dad to me. one day he started to try and get in my pants and i told him that was not for me. i was married had 2 kids at the time and was very much happy and did not see any point is messing that up. my hubby and him did some wheeling and dealing and he kept changes his side. any way since i would not put out with him and becuase i stoped going over to his house he got mad. started doing things to try and get between my hubby and me. so we are not friends any more but we do try to be slightly naborly and speek to each other if we meet in our drive way.

We have some nice neighbors. But none 'that' nice. How sweet of that dear man to do that. That would have made my Mother's Day just perfect. Like I said, we have nice neighbors. We also have the neighbors with alot of drama,(which I cannot stand). But I guess to have 'rainbows' you have to have rain. :-)

Oh, I wish we have neighbors like that. We don't know our neighbours name. Can't see them often. Just hear them open their doors, going to work and home. See them sometimes at the parking lot. We don't talk, but at least we say hello and smile back to them.
