I have a couple of older games that were made to run on the windows 95/98 operating systems, and I have windows xp. Now the obvious question, how do I make my older games work on this newer operating system?

I would think that they should work. Have you tried installing them? 95/98 to XP isn't that big a leap. Give it a shot. One time I upgraded to new OS and faster hardware, my son had a bowling game, on the new hardware the bowling ball looked more like a missle.

Once I find the games again I will give it a try. I was just a little worried about compatibility issues that other people may have come across. The big worry I have is about clock speeds of the differing systems and how it would effect the game.

Samething..like I said about the bowling game. I have found that usually much better versions of the games are out there and it is easier and more fun to just buy one of them.

Open the properties of the game exe file and turn on the compability mode. It should work.
