Dreams promised Immunity to Yau man in Survivor in exchange for the truck..Well come tribal council..Dreams renegged on his promise. Is he playing the game and so this is allowed..or he did wrong..he accepted a truck..and promised the immunity??

You are right it was just a game. But when it got down to it, because he accepted the truck and did not give Yau Man the immunity the jury was NO WAY going to vote for him. So that truck costed him the million dollars. I felt so bad for Yau Man trusting someone like that. Yau man said last night that he believed Dreamz would give him the necklace all the way up until Jeff asked him and he paused for so long. Yau Man deversed to win, but if he couldn't I am glad it was Earl over who was left.

Who knows if Dreams had not made a deal with Earl..who by the way voted of Yau man..Survivor doesnt show everything..there are many hidden pieces..to the show..and thus what seems so apparent..may in all reality be so very far from what was really happening behind the scenes.. Dreams..probably knew he wouldnt make the million..but probably also got some deal from Earl..This is my gut feeling...:)|

Well I don't believe it is good to go back on a promise...but what everyone who was upset needs to remember, this is a game! Everyone, well almost everyone lies and goes back on their word in this game, I mean, they all want the million dollars. I probably would have done the same thing he did, and I know he was torn by it, but he knew that if he gave it up, he was gone that night. I kinda felt bad for him, even though I wanted Yau man to win, I couldn't imagine being in that position.

I agree..Survivor is a game..and many time the rules of life are a bit altered in the game..I don't think it was kind of one them who pointed at dreams and sceamed Christianity..Jesus would not have done that either..Dreams made some moves..Only he and God knows whether they were strategic or selfish..but that remains for him and God..not for anyone to publicly condemn him for trying to get some money for himself and his family..this is the game..and I am a Christian..I don't condone lying or going back on one's word..but in a game like survivor where "do what you have to " is part of the game..real life is not part of the game..it's Survivor:)+

I know how you feel cloud.."Karma" is a bummer when one is dealing with real life situations..but Survivor has nothing real about it..Yau man..didn't want to give the truck merely for generous reason..he admitted that it was to advance him in the game..SO Yau man was playing the game in giving. And Dreams was playing in accepting.. I am not saying Dreams is right..but I cannot point my finger in condemnation..since Dreams was part of a game where everyone that I Saw was making alliances and switching them..making promises and breaking them..It's part of this thing Survivor has ...making it to the end ..however you can.. Morally what Dreams did was wrong..But Yau man's giving was not 100% pure gift..he had much self in the giving ..It was revealed on the show..he gave it merely to get ahead...yes Dreams needed the truck .but Yau man was wanting the million.. Too hard ..to judge this case:) .Glad Earl won though ..in the end;)_

I understand..I still think the 3..cassandra, dreamz and earl had a hidden deal going..Since I am sure Dreamz knew he wouldn't get the million..Everyone always worked to throw off the others in the game..I am sure some day it will come out in the wash;_+

yea..your right..it was a game..and it was sooo stupid of him to give it away and really think Dreamz would keep his word especially this close to the end of the game..but still it infuriated me and again..im soo glad Earl won..:)

I think it was terrible that Dreamz lied to Yauman like that, especially after Yauman gave him the truck. Of course, I am not sure why or how Yauman could trust Dreamz since he lied and backstabbed so many other people on the show. I would not have or ever trust Dreamz, whether on the show or in real life. I liked how Boo brought up the Christianity part during the questioning. Maybe Survivor should find a way to enforce a promise so this does not happen again. He even promised to God that he would give the immunity to Yauman so he lied to God as well.

Yes, Ken..Dreams lied before God..but I know in my heart that Yau man knew Dreamz wouldnt live up to that promise. THat is why he used his immunity idol early in the game..Dreamz did some pretty rotten things..but God is merciful and knows the heart better then any of us..I will not be the judge of the heart of dreamz..as..somewhere it says "who then are you to judge your brother" .. We feel bad for Yau man..but I believe there is much that Survivor doesnt show..I am sure there was some alliances made between casandrea dreamz and earl.. Dreamz surely knew he would not win the million..so there must have been another reason for going forward..things that didnt come out on the show..This is what I feel..Things going on ..deals being made..after all..in the beginning..Casandra,Dreamz and Earl were all on the same team!! Let's pray for Dreamz..but not do the condemning thing..I don't like his use of God's name...but I know as long as there is breath conversion is only a heart beat away;)+

I was certain of three things: 1-it would be a 3 person final 2-Earl, Yau and some other person would be in the finals 3-that Dreamz would give Yau the idol. Imagine my surprise when Dreamz didn't! Unlike Yau though, I realized it a great deal sooner that he wouldn't follow through. It is Yau's own fault. As I stated last week, Yau should have voted Dreamz off. He gave him a new vehicle which he didn't have to do. If it were me and I gave him a truck, I would have had no problem voting him off. Yau had two chances to get Dreamz out, he didn't do it either time. Yau is to trusting. Yau is a smart person, he knows what Dreamz did and how he betrayed his alliance, he should have known better. Was Dreamz playing the game? He was playing the game when he went against his entire alliance and TOLD about the idol to the others. The truck is something else. I actually thought, Dreamz would try and go back on his word by trying to give the truck back. However, not only did he not give the truck back, he voted Yau out after telling Yau he wouldn't! Dreamz went to far. Sure, the game is to outwit, outplay, outlast. But, as I have stated previously on here, this game is always won be the person that is precieved ( by the others ) to be the least objectionalble.....So, I'm not surprised Dreamz didn't get any votes... I can't believe Dreamz thought the others would vote for him after he lied to them, back-stabbed them, and went back on his word to Yau. No ma'am Dreamz went to far and I am not surprised his buttocks loss....I don't see how he thought (his boys or anyone) would vote for him, I am still baffled by that! He may as well have given the idol to Yau. Dreamz is one of the reasons I am glad this season is over......I wanted to see him go to the jury so bad, it didn't happen but at least he was humilated when he got no votes and that's good enough for me. I disagree with Probst too, in no way is Dreamz charming. If anything Dreamz is extremely annoying....and was always making stupid comments, comments that were often contradictory... I don't know what Dreamz's future holds but we know Yau will be ok regardless. I hope Dreamz can grow from this. And I hope Karma doesn't bite him in the you know what.....A man of honor and of his word? Please. He doesn't know the first thing about honor, at least we didn't see it.

We have to remember there is so much we don't see or hear from the island.. There must have been deals made by earl, cassandra and dreamz.. I know how you feel..but Karma..or fate ..really is not a part of Survivor. Dreamz knew ..as you said..he would not win..there was something promised him..I believe which made him go back on his word..something which he promised someone not to tell.. Remember Cassandra, Dreamz and Earl were all part of the same team in the beginning..Survivor progressed and all the ethnic teams broke apart..but when they merged back..dont you think the original teams had some loyalty.. I think they did..this is only my opinion and take on the matter.. I am sure Yau man knew Dreamz wouldnt given him immunity..and Dreamz knew the giving of the truck was more strategic then generous..after all remember Yau man was rallying everyone to vote Dreamz off afterwards.. Too much ..to really say ..who really is honest..Too many missing pieces..!!!

I agree there are tons of things we don't see in these shows. However, his "word" should have taken precedent over any deal. What about his word and his honor? I don't think Yau knew Dreamz wouldn't give him the idol. I know Boo proposed a deal to vote Dreamz off but no one took a bite at the apple. Yau mentioned it to Earl but only in passing. It seems clear to me Yau was expecting Dreamz would live up to his word, and that's why he went ahead and voted off Boo. Whether the truck was strategy or charity, Dreamz never should have taken the deal if he wasn't planning on keeping his word. This, in my opinion, makes Dreamz a total low life. He goes back on the original deal, keeps the truck and then he votes Yau off. He broke every condition of the deal. What sort of person does something like that? Seriously, who does that? It is hard to say what someone would do in a situation such as that, but the best thing is to not get one's self mixed up in something so dumb. It was a stupid deal to begin with. Give up your own security! It doesn't matter that he later found out that there would be three people facing the jury, a deal is a deal. Dreamz is not as smart as he wants people to think, I certainly do not think that he is smart. He first says he will give him the idol b/c he is a man of honor. He then goes to tribal council and doesn't follow thru. He goes back on another word and votes the man out. Afterwords, he sheds a few tears and then goes back to camp just to brag and boast! No, Dreamz is a jerk and a low life. There is playing the game and there is playing the game. There is outwit, outplay and outlast and then there is outwit, outplay and outlast. Some of the better players that come to mind include: Vacepia, Brian, Yul, etc. They managed all the elements of the game even crossed a few people (especially Yul and Brian), but they still won in the end. No, LittleF., Dreamz overplayed his hand. Dreamz over played the game. He under-estimated his tribe mates and got in the end just what he deserves. Karma has already played its hand in the game b/c Dreamz got not one vote. Call it Karma or called it pissed off tribe mates, but either way Dreamz loss and that's all that matters. I'm still baffled how he thought he would win this game given all that he had done. I repeat, he is/was not a smart person.

Yes, I agree there are hours and hours of gameplay we do not see....... I didn't condemn Dreamz, he did it to himself....I wasn't there and had no part in it....No ma'am, Dreamz condemn Dreamz, no one else condemned him. See you next season. Cheers, Inallduetime

Dreamz got what he deserved in the end nothing at all, no votes, no million dollars and no respect, all he is left with is a car he cheated out of possibly a good friend.

LOL .Dreamz got all he wanted and more..I think people are being too harsh..I wonder what any of us would do in the situation..Would we play the game..or would we even make it that far? I am always the one to say..there are things we don't know..things we havent seen..Many missing parts from the show..After all we see under 1 hour when you count all the commercials..They are there 24/7..not everything is shown in order to create the responses that are now being aired:)+

I agree with respondent #3, there was no way that jury was going to vote for Dreamz after he reneged on his promise. I think Yau Man should have kept the truck, though I really know that Dreamz wanted it. I think Dreamz talked a good talk, but had no intention of giving Yau Man his immunity no matter what. I hope Yau Man is blessed for giving Dreamz that extravagant gift.

Yau man ..probably is well off already..He has much education and the fact that he could so quickly give up the truck means he has no need for it..He wanted the immunity more then the truck..He wasn't merely giving to be generous...although it was a generous act..He stated himself..he was doing it for strategic reasons..So if it was given in Strategy..can anyone fault Dreamz for the actions he tooK?
