Here is a link which explains about the inventions and predictions of science and astronomy and some related verses from Quran. I am not claiming all the predications done in the website is correct or what all conclude is true, or Quran is a Book of science, but many are there to think about. MyLoters can have a look at it, and all of your opinions are welcome. Be cool and have a nice discussion. Here is the link: http://www.speed-light.info/angels_speed_of_light.htm

It was ok until they brought religion into it. RELIGION IS NOT SCIENCE and they should not be intermixed. Then I couldn't take the site seriously and promptly closed the window.

Religion is not science of course, and they are not intermixing here I think. I intended to give an insight to modern astronomical science and also the specialty of Quran which recorded 1400 years ago. Quran is not a scientific book, but in the middle of it's teachings there are some signs to show that it's not a mere writings of a man and it came from God. Astronomy is discovered many things recently and many things yet to discover many things of the vast world. Thanks.

You said they religion and science wasn't mixed on this site. Have you read the first paragraph? The person who wrote this is clearly mixing science (fact) and religion (fiction).
