oh yeah forgot that part! thanks :D drink tons of water. not only does it make you less hungry, it acts as a metabolic stimulant! but not too much water:S you can get water poisoning if your blood thins out too much. lets say a minimum of 2 liters, maximum of umm 3 to 4

exercise is the key! sports really help! if theres a sport ur interested in, get down to playing it! and more than anything, encouragement helps. someone to keep you trying harder.

my best friend is actually an aspiring wimbledon tennis player lol so he actually got me started on a different kind of regime. first of all, to lose weight, you NEED exercise. and serious carb burning exercise. If you can, without heart risk, you should run about 30 minutes non stop a day. secondly, quit sweet things like cakes and stuff. we actually didnt quit soda's or crisps or other junk food, just the pure sweet stuff. increase the amount of meat you eat, and reduce the amount of bread. this seriously helps. alternatively, you can eat veggies, but they tend to need a greater amount of consumption before you actually get full. its your call. another thing that worked for us is eat ANYTHING you want for lunch. anything at all. pizza,burgers, whatever. then WORK OUT in the afternoon. this is crucial. for dinner follow the guidelines RIGIDLY. NO BREAD! lol and thats about it :)

The best way is eat just the protions on the or bag of food..You will be hungry at fist but once your stomach shrinks its fine..Drinking more water curves hunger too..

I DON'T DO DIETS,I CHANGEd my LIFESTYLE, with BABY STEPS START CUTTING IN PORTION , NO SODAS , DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, FILL YOUR PLATES WITH LOTS OF VEGGIES AND SALADS, GRILLED , STEAMED MEATS , NO BUTTER , USE OIL SPRAY OR OLIVE OIL. just have a walk of 5-10 kms and exercise daily y atleast of 1 hour and u r body weight will decrease 3 kg per month

do your exercises regularly and dont eat fat items and do some yoga and also some meditations. it will be useful for you to reduce weight and keep you fit.

i bike a lot, and lately, i've been playing a lot of badminton, which really makes me feel good while keeping my weight down at the same time.
