I enjoy walking through streets ,roads,hill side and even through dirty markets. usually i used to walk 5 to 7 kilometers a day. my most interesting hobby when iam walking is to overtaking others. Once i started the game I began to count the no of persons i overtake. some time Iam lucky enough to have "Opponents". I feel they are also taking part in the game. This is the "Best hobby I ever invented".

Very nice to hear from you that you are walking around 5 to 7 kms daily. It is time taking. I think you could have to spend 1 hour at least for this. I walk around 5 kms daily but in two part, morning and evening. This is good exercise. It covers all. As at my place lot of competitors are not there, I do not count overtaking during walking. If competitors are there, we enjoy anything more. The distance covered daily does not give much stress. My suggestion is to you to involve Yoga/Pranayama in your daily rutine. This is symple breathing exercise. Do it systematic. Will give amazing result. In India, It is very famous. People are getting cured by doing pranayama.
