Every month i have to go through a very dark day when my period comes. It is killing me 'cause it's quite quite painful. do most girls have the same problem like me? Please,someone tell me how to kill my pain!

Most women experience mild cramping when their cycle starts. If you are having severe cramps every time you have your cycle you need to go see a really good ob/gyn. You may have fybroid tumors in your womb that are causing the severe cramps. You could have a thicking of the uterine wall that could be causing severe cramps. There are any number of things that could cause severe pain when your cycle starts. You could also have PID (Pelvic Inflammitory Disease) or any other infections. You really need to go see a doctor regarding this issue. If nothing else, they can prescribe some medication that will help lessen the pain and allow you to continue with your life in a normal manner.
