On sunday i was at home with my parents and i made paella. This is a very good spanish dish with a lot of possibilities. You can even use seafood or normal meat or you can mix or you can even make it vegetarian if you want.
Heres my recepie i will make a mixed with seafood and other types of meat:
Ok I can't paste it but i can write it in. So here it is:
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 cut onion
2-3 (feed) dont know the name but maybe bites? of garlic squezed.
Some freshly chopped parsley
3 spoons of chicken buoillion
3-4 chicken filets in cubes (or another way if you want)
Some green and red pepper(taste how much you need)
Some safran or you could use the cheaper one, whats it called? gurkemeie?
1 spoon of sugar
5 cups of rice.
7 cups of water.
500g of shrimps or another type of seafood.
Splutter the onion, garlic and parsley in some olive oil to the onion gets clear. Have the rice, water, sugar, pepper, bullion, chiken and safran/other coloring spice and let it cook for 5 min. Then let it cook on low heat for about 10 min before putting in the seafood. Then let it cook for 10 min or until you can tell its finished.
Please leave your note on the recipie and your thought about paella.
Im sorry for bad language but ive never wrote a recipie so im quite new to some of the words.

The garlic is called cloves of garlic. I really like your recipe. My son makes a paella on Chritmas eve very year. We all enjoy it. I am going to save your recipe because it really sounds delicious. Your language is quite clear so do not worry. Thank you very much.
