which one is better? radiohead or coldplay.

which english rockband is better? is it radiohead or coldpla. for me, i prefer to choose both because both have their own strength in different aspects. from my view, radiohead have a very unique sound mix while coldplay have a very powerful music. both also have a very good singer with unique voice which i really like.

they are kind of hard to compare because really the only thing they have in common is that they are english bands. Their style of music is different from one another and I like both. There are times when i'm more in the mood for radiohead and time i'm more in the mood for Coldplay.

yeah,i completely agree. their songs have hearts and even though i cant seem to get the connection between their title and their song, i still love their songs because its so full of soul and deep meanings. :)

RADIOHEAD RADIOHEAD RADIOHEAD. Coldplay to me are quite bland and unimaginative... whereas Radiohead try out all different styles and approaches to music and sing about a wider range of issues. Still, I like one or two Coldplay songs.

Radiohead is so much better. Coldplay has some pretty songs, but they are very simple. Radiohead has amazing melodies, they are so different and innovative, and they are more emotional.

It always offends me when people compare the two bands. Radiohead is by far better and have proven over time that they just get better and better with time and age. Coldplay might be more commercially successful, but Radiohead will live on in history while Coldplay will be forgotten about.

Coldplay, I only know two radiohead songs, creep and karma police and they are only so so, but I know many coldplay songs and I thik they are pretty good.

For me, the better band is Coldplay. I think Radiohead have done some good songs. Overall though, I find them a bit too depressing. I prefer Coldplay as it is more uplifting music. Sometimes I might be in the mood for some radiohead, but more often I prefer Chris Martin and Coldplay.

i say that coldplay is better because they sing about the way they feel and what they have on their mind . Where radiohead sings about everything that they think is cool . But when you listen to coldplay they tell you how they fell an thats why i like coldplay better than radiohead .

Well, I never figured out why everyone compairs Coldplay and Radiohead.
For me, the two are unique bands with it own styles... Coldplay is more pop and "cute", while Radiohead is more reflexive and sometimes even dark...
I love Thom Yorke's voice, and I love Chris Martin's Piano...
